Kohatu: Tiki Stones & Elements | Effective Date: August 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Kohatu: Tiki Stones & Elements ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or install the Game.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All code, graphics, audio, artwork, UI design, trademarks, and game mechanics remain the exclusive intellectual property of the developer.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Game features optional digital purchases, including Virtual Coins, Power-up packs, Guardian Totems, and Remove Ads options ("Virtual Items"):

• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They hold zero monetary value outside the Game and cannot be redeemed for real money, legal tender, or physical goods.
• All purchases are processed securely via Apple App Store / Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies.
• If you purchase a non-consumable item (such as "Remove Ads"), you may restore it on any authorized device associated with your Apple ID / Google Account using the in-app Restore Purchases button.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

When participating in online multiplayer or submitting scores to global leaderboards, you agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify game state or gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the client code or API endpoints.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior towards other players.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to online services or multiplayer servers if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by selecting Delete Account in the in-app Settings menu.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
